    We don't have emergency pricing. But I was tied up with a project until 7 pm so it will have to wait until tomorrow.

    Support services rendered after 5pm or before 8am , and all day on weekends is subject to a 50% surcharge. Holiday work available only via prior arrangement at at a 100% surcharge. There. Now you have some. ;-)

    Wayne. That is our exact policy and it has worked very well for these many years.
