  • 1.  Email delivery for Purchase Order

    Customer in Sage 100 Advanced v2022.  Several users email the Purchase Orders.  One user cannot send email for certain vendors…but other users dont have any issue at all with those same vendors??? How could that be???  Any ideas??

    Any detectable difference with the user's role compared to others?

    Verify that they didn't override the Paperless settings in the form code.
