    Hi Everyone,

    I need to make the E-mail Address field in Customer Maintenance a required field.  When going into Custom Office it shows the field as being required but I can save a customer with no Email Address.

    Any suggestions.  Thanks.

    Are you making an edit to the customer data when testing?  Clicking Accept might only trigger the "required" (Advanced Field Setting) logic if there is a change (and something is actually being saved).

    I created a new customer and left the email address field blank.  It prompted for Salesperson and saved the customer record.  The Advance Field Setting shows the field as being Required by default. Am I missing something?

    Hmm... I just tried on my v2023 and it won't allow me to set that field as required. 

    Sage programming might not be compatible with the setting for that field.  (A small script could do the same thing though).
