  • 1.  Electronically Deliver AR Statements

    In Sage 100 Advanced v2019... in some workstations when I select to electronically deliver the AR Statements...window opens to enter file name.... This only happens in some workstations...in others it sends the statements without issues.... no clue...

    Possibly a permission issue.  Open Windows Explorer and enter \\server name\share name\mas90\ then click enter.  If it prompts for a user name and password then the user does have sufficient permission.
