Client on Sage 2018 Advanced, I think at least PU3, reporting that vendors are receiving the wrong stubs. Somewhere in the process the email delivery is messing up. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

It has been reported. Usually when you have multiple users on a terminal server sending out paperless stubs at the same time. .
try reinstalling the paperless office printer and make sure the checkbox for "use Lockfile" is turned on.

below is a link that might be of help.

Do they use a terminal server?  If so, make sure the PL lockfile setting is enabled (which is a company specific checkbox).

Thanks for the KB link and suggestions. I wasn't aware that the lock file had to be specified for each company code. They're on PU3 but I plan on updating to PU5 over the weekend and then setting the lock file on each company.
