  • 1.  Electronic Delivery fails on one workstation

    Getting an error 88 SY_EmailEngine.pvc at line 351 - Sage KB 44200 is spot on for this error.  However it works from the server as well as other workstations.  I've uninstalled Sage 100 and reinstalled. I copied the ChilkatMail2.dll from the server over to the workstation too.  I can PDF ok, it's just the email delivery that fails.  Any thoughts?

    Did you register the chilkat dlls after copying them?

    Is it Exchange /Office365?  If so, impersonation permissions?

    All other PCs and server works.  Using same email in all situations.

    What version of Sage 100?  Is mail sent from Sage 100 to O365 or is it being relayed to O365 through a local Exchange server?  You may need to tell Exchange to specifically allow IP or computer names to use the relay.
