Hello Board Members:
Thanks to those of you who reached out with your intentions or scheduled time to meet. Due to the delay in the elections, we will NOT be able to discuss new BOD members and their potential roles at the upcoming Board meeting. I have started the draft agenda for the January Meeting. Anne will be launching elections this week and allow two weeks for voting as recommended by the nominating committee. This will allow us to remain on schedule for the 1/29 submission of an officer slate (if I am re-elected to the Board), alternative submissions by 2/9, and a vote at the 2/12 BOD Meeting.
- If you are interested in a BOD Officer position, please book time with me by 1/27 on my Calendly.
- If you are an existing officer, please complete a job description by MOTM and mark the task complete on the BOD Workplan when finished. Please save your files to the SOP\Job Descriptions folder
There are two job descriptions in the folder as examples. The goal of the descriptions are to:
- Clearly document roles, responsibilities, and time commitments.
- Create transparency for members and potential BOD members and officers.
- Clarify anticipated interactions with BOD and ED.
