EES 4.4.07 with JobOps R3 and CRM 7.0: In CRM when viewing the Opportunity Summary tab - Opportunity Totals: Total quote value and/or totals order value is incorrect many have a negative value and others are just incorrect.
However, on the orders tab within the opportunity the correct order total appears. Some of the orders are still open, some have been closed and invoiced and others have been deleted. Client is not sure how long this has been happening as they just started reporting on this field. Any suggestions to resolve would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
