Hi Education Committee Team,

Thanks so much for your continued commitment and flexibility-especially over the past few weeks. I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in communication while I was out unexpectedly due to a family emergency. I appreciate your understanding and the momentum you've kept going.

Here are a few important highlights and what's ahead:

Membership Survey

The 2025 Membership Survey is going live this week and will run through Friday, July 26. We'll use early insights to shape conference sessions and share initial trends at the upcoming Town Hall.

Town Hall: July 30

Tina (and team) will present on behalf of the committee, sharing our planning progress, inviting members to get involved, and highlighting that we're actively listening and responding to member needs.

MOTM 2025 Session Planning

We're building out 6–8 Sage 100-focused sessions, organized by track: consulting, soft skills, technical, and cross-product. If you have topics or speaker ideas, please send them over before the next meeting!

 Lunch & Learn – August Options with Jhiam Marasigan

Jhiam is available to present during the week of August 26. 

• August 26, 27, or 28

• Between 12pm – 4pm ET

We'll pick the best date based on committee input.

Typo in question 7 - remove the "Q7."

7. Q7. In the past year, have you posted or replied to a discussion in Higher Logic?

Also, I do not see a question asking members if they are willing to serve.  I think a question specific to volunteering and offering checkboxes to choose from including "All of the above" or "None of the above" as options.  Also include a free form text box for additional comments.

MOTM 2025 Session Planning idea - the recent post regarding VBScript Deprecation - VBScript deprecation | Sage 100

I know there is talk about a lunch and learn which is fine, but this could also be a session at MOTM.

100% agree about this (VBScript deprecation) being a session. This is where it could be a panel pretty easily considering the people posting "we are solving it by [method]."

Lunch and Learn could be focused on, "What does it mean?"
MOTM session could be a panel about how people are solving for it or preparing to handle it.
