Hi All - Some important updates:
Wednesday Schedule Adjustment
We are making a small timing adjustment to Wednesday afternoon:

Afternoon sessions will now begin at 2:30 PM (previously 2:00 PM)
-
All participants will need to be back at the hotel no later than 2:00 PM to allow time to change and transition
-
This ensures full participation for the afternoon roundtables
Please flag any concerns with this timing as soon as possible.
Presenter & Schedule Updates
Some presenters and panelists are changing due to a variety of reasons, including family and work-related commitments. As a result, we are making a few adjustments to panel composition across select sessions.
To support any last-minute presenter additions:

I will extend the early bird rate as needed for new presenters

If someone has already registered at the regular rate, I'm happy to issue a refund for the difference

If you need additional support or incentives to confirm last-minute presenters, please let me know - I will accommodate
Mobile App & Schedule Launch
The mobile app and full conference schedule are launching this week. Once live, please take a few minutes to review your sessions, titles, times, and participant listings to ensure everything looks accurate.
If you notice any notable errors, conflicts, or issues, please email me directly so we can address them quickly.
