My client has been using them for six months. I have not been involved in the project, but I have not heard any negatives.

@Jeff Schwenk I have a customer undergoing an upgrade at the moment and Jitterbit is on the menu. I think this company may have also acquire eRequester at some point? I'm not familiar with them either but I suspect I'm about to become familiar.

Jitterbit appears to use XML files to transfer data to/from. Seems to be an "economic" way of trading. Pricing is about 1/5 the cost of trading via TrueCommerce. Ultimately, it is the customer's decision. Whether or not they ultimately save money with their decision will be a future discussion. Just means the owner can buy a new Maserati sooner than he planned.

Never heard of Jitterbit. We recommend SPS Commerce (MAPADOC).
