ED Update:
Hello everyone – Thank you for your patience as I wanted to get you this yesterday but decided to wait until the education committee meeting this morning. This is just an overview of what I have been working on or facilitating the last few weeks. As I told Robert Monday, I can confidentially say I have graduated to level two! So I have more bearings and awareness around the 90 Minds Hub but unfortunately having to back into prior procedures and processes has been somewhat one of the biggest challenges. But so far I am finding what I need. I will also begin to share links to google drive links in my reports and the agenda so that you can easily navigate to where the information is located. We can discuss this in more detail at the next Board meeting - but until then - here are some updates:
Banking/Financials:
- Opened Chase Checking and Savings and funded last week
- Met with Investment Advisor from JP Morgan (need to schedule board conference with JP Morgan)
- BOFA Form adding signatories in process (Anne done; Robert done; Karen pending)
MOTM 2021
- Swag Bags mostly sent and complete
- I just received the CPE data from Michelle, and I will be working on finalizing the CPE certificates this week. This is a new process that I have had to learn backward and will have more to report when done
- Completed Sage Bonus Session Webinar
Operations
- Opened PO Box
- Reviewing CPE Provider Registration to make sure it Is up to date.
- Reviewing the status of Connecticut Corporate Registration to confirm outstanding due diligence.
- I still need to review the MOTM Survey in more detail to prepare a list for outreach.

- We have processed one membership and have reclassified another in April.
- I am contemplating a member survey which we can discuss at the board meeting.

- Nomination Committee: Initial Meeting held; Recruiting new member(s) then will schedule a meeting.
Webinars
- Completed Bank Feeds Webinar and I will work on CPE Certificates this week.
- I will be reviewing the webinar schedule for the last 12-24 months to create an ongoing schedule based on priority. This was something known but not documented and may change as I move forward.
- Education Committee discussed needing another Sage Round Table – perhaps this can be a permanent item on our calendar (May and Sept). I will connect with Sage to get something scheduled.
Mod Squad
- Completed meeting and Robert has sent final report to Sage
SAGE
- I have been added to the event list for Sage now and will be registering for and attending events
- I have contact Phoung to inquire about being added as a partner and to join the Summit in May. The request should be approved.
- Completed Sage GL Financial Survey and forward results.

- Began process of gathering information from Austin and Denver locations
- Two Dates: 09/17/2021 or 09/24/2021
- Expect to have a recommendation at the June meeting
- Tentative Schedule: Thursday Arrive; Friday Full Day Meeting with Dinner; Saturday half-day with closing lunch.

MOTM 2022
- I have prepared a pre-conference survey for discussion at the board meeting: MOTM 2022 Survey
- Anne to meet with Jim to work timeline and schedule through Spring
- Should we explore the hybrid/Livestream option?
