Ed Kless says he can do the ""Process Reviews, Best Practices - Why, How, and When"" if he can do it first thing Friday morning. I know we said we would have Sage do the first session but I'm thinking this would be good to lead off with since it sort of builds on his pre-conference session. Thoughts?
