    Customer upgraded from Sage Advanced v4.5 to Advanced 2017 with eBusiness Web Services.
    Even when I login to the server and to Sage with the credentials for webservices, we get a user/password error when accessing the site.

     With this URL we should receive a list of values and what we are receiving is this:

    Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/store/public_html/catalog/controller/checkout/orderexport.php on line 10Logon failure: The user logon or password does not match or the user logon is not enabled for web services.

    This is PHP passing to web services. If this is the actual message being passed from web services then check that you have the following setup in sage 199
    1. System configuration - web services checked to allow
    2. Company maintenance - web services checked (might also require external access)
    3. User Maint - Web services checked
      1. verify that the user can log in with the user and pass you are using.
