I have a customer on Sage 100 Premium v2018 - they have ongoing desire for all manner of website integrations. They've previously used CIMcloud which for some reason they have deemed not fast/flexible enough. There was/is also a big upgrade fee that CIMcloud quoted that may have left a sour taste with this customer. Once the customer moves away from B2B type transactions CIMcloud seems less able to help ( as I think is ultimately the case here ).
A recent Google search brought them to eBridge who they appear to have retained:
...to set up a link between Shopify and Sage. They are also integrating the api of amazon, and bringing in faire orders. They are going to need permissions within the sage server to do all this.
I know there has been quite a few posts about eBridge and for most of them it seems like eBridge works directly with the customer and there was not much feedback from consultants having worked with eBridge.
So, hoping that you might freshen the feedback on eBridge so if my customer asks for more feedback I can provide them with an update.
I've previously suggested discussing these types of things with Bob Richter and his staff over at ROI and I'm not sure why they haven't continued on with Bob or whether this might be an added new project for this customer.
Any feedback on eBridge appreciated.
