  • 1.  E-Mails Showing up in an Office 365 account

    When I e-mail invoices to my clients they show up in my sent box and I use Office 365.  Most of my clients use Office 365, however some do not have the e-mailed invoices showing in their sent box.  Does anyone know the specific setting within Office 365 to make this happen?  I am and admin on my Office 365 account, however I do not know if that is the difference.

    Is the SMTP Authenticator the same as the 'from' email?
    If different - then in the Admin Center, go to the 'From' email account, mail tab, send as permissions, add Authenticator name.

    This is what solved it for my client.

    Thanks, I will have my client do that, I know theirs is not.  I know mine are the same so I'm sure that is the answer.
