Does anyone have a client successfully using E biz Web services to import CC transactions on any version greater than 2016? They do not use E biz Manager just the web services. Our client is currently on that and tried v2019 Adv and can't get this to work. Gets error 65 messages. They can get check or deposit transactions which make sense those do not touch the vault. I found a KB article 101958
which just says to reinstall Sage Exchange. Well we know that is not available. We did try this and it does not work.
The back story they tried test upgrading to Premium and worked with Sage (Brian Reddeman) on this same issue last year. I think that is where the KB article 101958
came from says Paya Desktop components are installed, uninstall Paya Desktop, and install Sage Exchange Desktop.
That worked briefly. So recently they decided to ditch premium and go back to advanced and test v2019.2. They are getting the same error. I know nothing about web services and trying to help them in any way I can, but have run out of suggestions for them to try. It has been over a year they have been working on trying to move from v2016 Adv. Their website and credit card orders are a huge part of their business so it is a big deal to get test transactions to work before moving forward. To give you an idea of how large their database is I believe they have their main company code and one other but it is over 100 GB. They are working with Server 2016 if it matters. The customer has also been in control of this process I have been available as they feel the need to reach out to me.
If web services should be replaced with another solution what are some options for me to throw at them? I appreciate greatly any responses in advanced
