During an upgrade it would be nice if we could grab and store important system files - typically I'd think SY0CTL and RPT files/forms. Have any of you worked out a regular way that you do this and if so where/how - do you use a DropBox, Google, etc.

I typically store valuable files under a BLS folder and pull them off during a session when I am on their system.

I decided to pull: - MAS_SYSTEM - Reports - SOA - MAS_xxx\Reports

That type of stuff I would just copy to a ""reseller"" folder on the client's server. Make sure it is being backed up. If you need it, it is a local copy back, no messing with finding it somewhere in the cloud.

Me too. I do what @JeffSchwenk does; I create a folder off the share point with our company name for these types of files.
