Can I get a list of the files opened during the Daily Transaction Register Update? This is Sage Adv 2022 pu2

The DTR hangs when they try and update. The report print OK but hangs on the update. Curiously the DTR starts with Fiscal Year Update even though there are no future year postings.

I think I need to manually look at all the involved files with DFDM.

I have rebuilt all GL files. Found some records with garbage keys in gl_detailposting that I manually removed. The rebuild would always find the same bad record and said it was removed but it was not.

I am not sure of all the files involved but you could create a copy company, and in that company try to post an invoice (any module), then post to GL.  If it all goes through, then it has to do with the data in the GL_DailyPosting file for that particular posting.  You could dump the data into Excel and see if something jumps out at you that might cause the problem, or you could share it here so we can take a look.

I just posted a DTR and found these files modified:
GL_DailyPosting
GL_DetailPosting
GL_Options
GL_PeriodPostingHistory
GL_SourceJournalHistory

Thanks @Javier Guzman I was able to find the bad record in GL_DetailPosting by sorting by all the alternate keys in DFDM. 

This can be removed from Urgent.
