OK here is the draft campaign.  I have created a submission form (which we can update as you see fit) as well as a google public folder for submission (this is really just a holding folder - I would like to run a script or something that immediately moves content to our library).  Please provide any comments or suggestions.  One final thought is how we select our winners.  I know that you all should be eligible as well - so I welcome your thoughts on that.  We can keep each as a random drawing - but I do think the committee could acknowledge top submissions at the conference (and prizes/awards there as well).

    Thanks!

    June–December 2025 | Content Library Submission Campaign

The Content Library Committee invites all members to participate in our 7-month campaign to build our collective knowledge hub and elevate the 90 Minds community!

    πŸ“£ How to Participate
Each month, submit a technical solution, tip, or resource using our new quick one-minute Google Knowledge Form:
    Submit Here

You can also continue posting in the Higher Logic public forums-but this form helps us capture and organize knowledge faster.

πŸ” Anonymity + Contest Eligibility – How It Works
You can submit tips anonymously-no names are shared with vendors, publishers, or the public.

However, to be entered into the monthly contest and the MOTM 2026 Grand Prize Drawing, we'll quietly collect your name and email for internal use only when you submit via the Google Form.

    • βœ… Your submission remains anonymous to others

    • βœ… Your identity is never shared publicly or with vendors

    • βœ… You stay eligible for contest rewards

It's the best of both worlds: share safely, help the community, and win prizes-without the pressure.

🧠 Why Use the Google Form?

    • We're losing great solutions due to low forum activity and undocumented fixes.

    • The form is anonymous-no vendor scrutiny or follow-up clarification calls.

    • Submit on-the-go via mobile, tablet, or desktop. It takes just 30 seconds.

    • Share Sage 100 glitches, ISV bugs, or unusual issues as soon as they happen-even if you're unsure it's a bug.

The Content Committee will handle the rest: researching, documenting, and organizing your input for the benefit of the entire membership.

    πŸ† Monthly Contest
Each month, we'll spotlight one standout submission-based on impact and usefulness.
Winners will receive fun 90 Minds swag or gift cards, and recognition in the forum.

    πŸŽ‰ Grand Prize Drawing – December 2025
Submit at least one qualified tip per month for 8 months and you'll be entered into a drawing for a free trip to MOTM 2026 in beautiful San Diego!

    Prize includes:

    • Full MOTM 2026 Conference Registration

    • 3 Nights Hotel Stay

    • Roundtrip Airfare (Terms & Conditions apply)

Yes-the Content Committee members are also eligible to win the Grand Prize!

    πŸ’‘ Why It Matters
Knowledge is power-but it's also perishable.
Help protect your legacy, support your peers, and save someone hours of frustration by sharing now.

Don't wait. Share now. Support your peers. Win big.

    1) I don't like the first bullet point on Why Use the Google Form and can't think of a way to re-phrase it clearly.  Can we just drop it?
    2) Under Monthly contest: "Winners will receive recognition in the forum and fun 90 Minds prizes."
    3) "Content Committee" should be "Content Library Committee" everywhere, or we should rename the committee ("Content Committee" works for me, and this is probably a great time to do it)

I wonder if we could have maybe two explanations:

    Original:

    πŸ“£ How to Participate
Each month, submit a technical solution, tip, or resource using our new quick one-minute Google Knowledge Form:
    Submit Here

You can also continue posting in the Higher Logic public forums-but this form helps us capture and organize knowledge faster.

    Suggested:

    πŸ“£ How to Participate
Each month, submit a technical solution, tip, or resource using either:

    1. Our quick one-minute Google Knowledge Form. This allows for fast updates while you may be on the go and is perfect when you don't need a response or feedback from someone in the group:

Some examples of why you'd use the form (vs Higher Logic)

    • Private: Share a technical tip without a public forum discussion.
    • Fast: Submit easily from your phone when you're on the move.
    • Quick Flag: Note a potential Sage issue you don't have time to fully verify; this flags it for group review and content library consideration."

    Submit Here

    2. Our Higher Logic forums are great for discussions (they're staying!) and you can continue posting there as you prefer – this form is an option for other, quick shares.

Bottom line - we want to increase engagement and encourage everyone to share and participate.

I suggest we not award prizes to committee members and focus on bringing out as many recurring submissions as possible from the general membership.
