@Jerry Norman the Board announced the process to the nominating committee but you have not involved them yet, so I'd alter that sentence to "actively developed a list of candidates" period.  Note too, the list is done not in <g class="gr_ gr_69 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep" id="69" data-gr-id="69">process</g> anymore.  *edit* Also, I'd list the names or you'll have lots of questions.

We know that we find two volunteers for these Board positions to help with this. 
I will let you all know when we have announcements to make in this process. Assumed not needed.  

@Robert Wood short sweet one topic message I think would be best.  I would like to see us acknowledge the vacancies and avoid anything else that could be seen as second thoughts.

How you guys decide to frame it is OK with me. Just thought not adding a thank you leaves a bit of a "so long suckers" feel to it. But it won't keep me awake at night.

There will be questions whether it's as an announcement or discussion. The only snag to an announcement is it doesn't show up in the Discussions area where many people jump to immediately. But I agree an announcement makes the most sense.​

Two positions opened up on the 90 Minds Board of Directors in April. We started the process of filling them during our semi-annual Board workshop two weekends ago and actively developed a list of candidates during the following week. We expect to complete the process by the end of this quarter.

90 Minds have some exciting -- and challenging -- opportunities to work through in the next year and beyond. We know that we will find two volunteers for these Board positions to help mold a solid strategy to make the most of them for our continued success.
