You're not missing anything, @Jeff Schwenk. That's all there is. This has been very frustrating for me. I think I'll post an enhancement request in 90 Minds.

Not surprising.  Let me know when you create one.  I will look at the idea web site when I have time as well.  So many improvements, so few Sage employees to do them.

I just right click on the screen and print.  I get this........

It's not perfect, but if you right-click on the layout and choose Print Frame you can get a simpler printout.

@Bill Pfahnl - What browser?  I am using Edge.  I can get what you have above, it is not 100%, but it is much better than what I started with.

I've been asked for this too, and it is a head-scratcher.  The help files are now link-friendly and accessible from anywhere... why would anyone want a printed copy?
Now, if the listing was plugged into the actual customer data dictionary, including UDFs and fields added by enhancements, I could see the value in sending such a static result... but AFAIK, that is not possible.

I don't get asked frequently about what fields have changed - but it does happen. And I don't see a good way to provide a list of field changes.
