  • 1.  Dot Matrix with windows 10

    We have a client who added a new windows 10 workstation and a new Epson Dot Matrix printer.  They also have a windows 7 machine that is accessing the new printer.  That machine works just fine with the forms and special size format but the windows 10 machine doesn't seem to be holding the forms settings.  Anyone have any experiences with this type of issue?

    Is this a Sage issue or WIN 10 issue.  What is the special size format?  Did you create a new form name for WIN 10, then save the settings?  Maybe the settings need to be created for that printer in the WIN printer settings?  Oh, the memories of dot matrix Sage struggles.......

    Special form size is I believe 42 lines
