This is the 3rd day Sage says they are working on resolving my lost access to the Community Hub and other Sage services (e.g. SPC) that use the same authentication process. Today they claim that I haven't used it since 2014. They just needed to search "Connex" to see my recent posts.
Since I had 2FA setup, when I try to set it up again with my new phone, it realizes I already have it and loops back prompting again for the 6-digit code. I tried using the "Use your recovery method" method but it doesn't work as it says I have no recovery methods, even though I have a screen shot of the Sage page when it was confirmed. How can they not see my records if I can find my postings (I don't have to have a login to do that) and I still get the Sage 100 Daily Digest? I'll let you know the answer when I get one.
