Doing a test upgrade from 4.4 to 2014. During conversion it says Credit Card upload to Sage Exchange will take appx 5 hours. They have a lot of customers, mostly with credit cards on file. Since this is just a test, is there any way to bypass the CC upload? Don't really need the CC info for the purpose of testing..

I've never had to do this but my guess is that the answer is yes provided you first purge the CC info in a test company. I believe there's a utility which does that - probably within AR.

I think you can reinitialize the ar customer credit card file in the test system too.

Wayne, there is a utility in AR but it was taking just as long. Jim, I tried that but got an error as soon as the conversion starts. Thank you both
