  • 1.  Doing a huge upgrade from 3.23. Receiving error 4

    Doing a huge upgrade from 3.23. Receiving error 47 in program ARWCAA at line 2947 during the data conversion to 3.31. I have rebuilt all 3.23 files prior to the 3.31 data install and conversion. When I look at the AR_17 file it is empty. Any ideas?

    Are you sure AR_17002.SOA is empty? The screen shot shows a key of "" B"". If you believe it to be empty, back it up then reinitialize it.

    Yes, it is empty and I reinitialized it. Still get the same error. I might try going from 3.23 to 3.51. I don't want to but I need to make huge progress on this today and time is running out.

    I found the ""B"" record in the ARN file. I removed it, rebuilt ARN and ARO plus sorts. The data is converting :)

    That section is converting the ARN file.
