    Doing a 4.30 to v2013 upgrade. Just realized their 87k customer credit card records didn't come over. Anyone ever seen that?

    Per this thread (https://90minds-com.socialcast.com/messages/21320958), I wonder if when I disabled ccp in comp maint during the test upgrade is what caused this - although I've since re-migrated and re-converted for the go-live.

    Thanks, @WayneSchulz. I did notice that .log file has tons of records that say ""Unable to add credit card for Customer.."" and tons of records that say ""Invalid Primary Credit Card for Customer"". I called Sage and they're researching.,

    And now we're realizing we can't even add new credit cards. Seems like some sort of issue with connecting with Sage Exchange.

    Contacted SPS. Found out the merchant account does not have Vault Service enabled (although the client's other merchant account is enabled). But they said that account is thru Payment Express, which I don't really understand. They're processing via SPS but using this Payment Express 3rd party (somehow / for some reason).
