Sage 100

Doing a 2014 upgrade for a client who purchased the SI subscription. In 2014 under Sage Intelligence I can only see Report Manager, not Report Designer. Is that as it should be, or should I see a Report Designer option?

Beth, are you looking at the menu? This is what my menu looks like - see attachment! Or are you talking about after you launch SI?

Yes - I haven't been able to launch yet because I need to verify with the client where they want the files - so if I get into Report Manager I will have the normal access to Report Designer (in theory)?

Wait till you get to registration, it will probably blow your 'going too well'. Sage changed it, now (sometimes) they give you some unlocking codes but you still need the old account number. Other times you get the old style registration with the old account number! it's a crap shoot!

OK, but one last semi legitimate question - the two hot fixes for Sage Intelligence do not find any installation path that is useful. Do I just point it to the MAS90 path? (And when will they change that to Sage 100 finally?) I did that and it said it installed correctly, but I have a feeling I could have pointed it to Mars and it would have said the same thing.

Hmmm.. haven't done one for awhile, not sure. I would have done the same thing though.

Did you see this path message during install? Install at local workstation and point to c:\SI (at least for the task pane missing hotfix - and if using Excel 2013 only.
