    Does the Sage CRM 7.1 SP2 for Sage 100 2013 use the same CRM license key as the Sage CRM 7.1 for Sage 100 4.5?

    It should Phil since the product version is still the same.

    Thanks - Just wanted to make sure before I do any upgrades since Sage doesn't put the CRM keys in Atlas and you have to call and then wait for an email to get them.

    When we do upgrades, we recommend a trial upgrade to ensure nothing bad happens (like key issues). It's hard to justify a trial for a Service Pack upgrade though so ymmv.

    It should, however I typically contact Sage to get keys prior to an install. Just as a double-check.
