Sage 100

Does Sage still issue separate Web Services keys or is it now embedded in the regular customer key? From what I recall the Web Services key was free however you had to call Sage to obtain it. TIA

I had to request one about a year ago and there was going to be a charge for it. The customer decided not to purchase.
