  • 1.  Does Sage still have that Direct Deposit Service on Payroll 2.x?

    Remember the service that would avoid ACH fees from the bank through some means?  It came out when payroll became a subscription and needed some value other than tax table updates.  And is anyone using it?

    Yes.  We just met with one of our clients using the Sync (Sage 100 Direct Deposit Service).  She's satisfied.

    I spoke to Linda Cade and walked away unclear (as was the case with most of my questions to Sage ) as to whether this would continue. She mentioned when they sold payroll processing that this was a service provided by that business segment.

    No idea what that means - good or bad.
