Does Sage 100 Advanced require a Domain Controller?

Not necessarily but the users all need rights to the share, which is much easier to manage with a domain (and more stable  I have a customer who refuses to pay to do IT correctly and runs into frequent disconnections of things like BIE until the whole network reboots).  And I think there can be situations where the user running the Sage 100 service needs to access resources on another server.

A domain is easier to manage credentials... mapped drives time out / go to sleep, causing errors.  Look into Credentials Manager, which might help, but I don't know how that would work for a terminal server.
