    Does anyone think that we should add our new pleb's (probation members) to urgent support group? They might have good input to the group? I am not saying it should but public but I think we should add certain new members to it?

    I could be convinced - I guess I'm trying to hang onto some benefits of full membership.

    Well if they don't last they lose the benefit. (This is a BIG loss) Plus on urgent support the more the better? Plus it will give of a feel of their technical expertise. More brownie points to keep them.
