Does anyone know why numeric UDF's to IM_AliasItemNumber are rounded to two decimals even though the mask is set to three? I can add 3 decimal UDF's in lots of places, but not in the IM_AliasItemNumber table (except through DFD&M). The field is plenty wide on the screen, but a value such as 1.234 will get rounded to 1.230 when the UDF mask is #,###.000 and 1.456 will get rounded to 1.46. The same mask in AR_Customer, and CI_Item, and PO Detail all work to 3 decimals. Does anyone know why this is?

Good memory there @ThereseLogeais , but this case is not related to an upgrade or flowing of UDF's. I've reset the panel, updated customer panels and tried on multiple systems. This is on 2013.

I remember this from a while back also. Guess it is classified as NAB but TME for them to fix. Anyone know if there is an Idea web site posted. We could probably double the voter count today.

@AlnoorCassim Is this something that a hack to the data dictionary would fix?

Sage just answered a similar post of mine in the community and she says it's a default in the table that needs to be increased and that I should report it.

This seems vaguely familiar like it might be in the KB as a problem report but I'm not sure

I've suffered through the KB and looked at all entries for UDF and User Defined Field. Nothing but how to re-update the UDF which was the 1st thing I tried. I am hoping that the community monitors will talk to the case workers.

It seems Natasha - a monitor from the Sage Community has tested a fix and is willing to work with whoever is handling our case. Her and Elliot provide great support.

Since you have the issue, are you going to be the lab mouse???
