Cindy, in our citrix cloud we maintain separate application and database servers, so the client is installed on the citrix server by browsing to the MAS 200 share and installing from the wksetup folder. We also do not install in the programs folder (the default) for security reasons. So you probably have have to check with whomever setup the cloud to determine how they do it in there environment.
My only question iswhat do you need the dll files for? there should be no differences in the dll's from a standard environment,
