Does anyone know where the report setting defaults are saved other than in SY_ReportSetting? I have a client who is getting an error when printing her GL Trial Balance and when I log in as her she has a blank report setting. The standard setting will print without error, but I can't get rid of the blank setting and default back to standard. I did remove a few records from SY_ReportSetting without success.

Have you tried creating a new setting and having it be her default?

Aren't you guys down the hallway from each other????? Here are some other places to look.... Removing User Created Form (not report) Names in Report Settings To delete the line that a user created for their form, look in the Sy_reportsetting.m4t file via DFDM. Report setting name will appear as part of the key. ............\MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM\SY_ReportSetting.M4T Also look at ...........\MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM\SY_ReportOption.M4T And ............\MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM\SY_LastFormUsed.M4T

I've had two of these recently and the fils that Jeff notes did the trick. In some cases I only had to remove from one file (blank or non-existent in others) and in some cases all three.

Not today. I'm at the home office trying to reconcile that POS import you helped me with @JeffSchwenk . New twists over the past couple of months. The import works great, BTW! It's just process, etc.

Thanks for those files Jeff. I'm sure my problem record is in one of them! Just couldn't think of anything but the report setting file and of course couldn't find anything on a quick KB search.

This is a major pain to square.......
