    Does anyone know where Sage 100 2014 Business Insights Explorer looks to launch the Excel.exe and Word.exe executable when performing an Excel export or Word merge from Business Insights Explorer? The workstation has MS Office 2013 64Bit. I have tried copying the Excel.exe to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 12 but it didn't resolve it. @AlnoorCassim @DanBurleson

    Bruce we had a thread on this last year. Search on ""Business Insights"" (include the quotes). What error are you getting and if possible post a screen shot.

    Hi Alnoor, Thanks for the input, it looks like the real issue is Office 64 bit vs 32 bit so I am going to look into downgrading. Thank you

    @BruceKern why not run the 64 bit workstation setup for Sage 100?
