    Does anyone know where I can find a service pack for Crystal 2011? Have a client on Sage 100 Advanced recent upgrade from 4.5 to version 2013 with several crystal reports that contain sub-reports that they preview and export to Excel. Apparently there is a known issue with Crystal that is fixed by a service pack but I can't get to the downloads on the SAP web site. Anyone else run in to this and have a suggestion? Thanks!

    What is your email? I can email you the file. I just ran into this on an upgrade and the service pack did resolve the problem.

    Thanks for the quick help @PhilMcIntosh and @KelseyLeerkes , I tried the link from Phil and the SP wouldn't install because it was for MS Visual Studio and the installed version of Crystal 2011 didn't match that version. However, in the mean time @MichaelMcDonald rescued me with a drop box link to SP9 that took care of it.
