Does anyone know what the setting is in role maintenance that toggle the availability of the delete row button in the customer alias item maintenance screen in version 4.4?

You may need to hide it via CO.

Actually I am trying to enable it for a particular role...

You could customize the screen just for those individual users - or for a particular customization group.

Oh Lord, the control on this is ""remove"" on Customer Maintenance - so you can't let people delete aliases without letting them delete customers...

Just love some of the security settings!!!! Phil, how did you figure it out? Pinning down the settings can be a time wasting adventure.

Just trial and error...I'd ask ""what were they thinking?"" but that question assumes facts not in evidence... Can't wait to hear the customer's reaction...
