Does anyone know what the PaperSource numbers represent in SY_ReportSetting? I'm seeing if I can resolve something similar to this thread: https://90minds-com.socialcast.com/messages/7831791 It looks like it's mostly with forms but most say zero except for certain workstations where it shows 15.

Here are the Crystal RDC (print engine) values for PaperSource including 15. I don't know the meaning behind these but I hope this helps in some way: crPRBinUpper - 1 crPRBinLower - 2 crPRBinMiddle - 3 crPRBinManual - 4 crPRBinEnvelope - 5 crPRBinEnvManual - 6 crPRBinAuto - 7 crPRBinTractor - 8 crPRBinSmallFmt - 9 crPRBinLargeFmt - 10 crPRBinLargeCapacity - 11 crPRBinCassette - 14 crPRBinFormSource - 15 PaperSource: http://goo.gl/B2hyMW On this page if you click on the left naivgation arrow in bottom left you can get values for PaperSize and PaperOrientation too.

Thanks @AlnoorCassim but that doesn't do the trick. I changed the forms that had 15 for paper source to zero and they still have to press the Go button. This is happening for three users who recently received new PC's. At least one is using the HP 2035 printer mentioned in the link. I suggested creating a new printer, setting the paper source to tray 2 and the IT guy just emailed me that it worked! Yay!

I know this is older but I found more information and thought it might be useful to someone in the future. http://scn.sap.com/thread/1621577
