    Does anyone know what can prevent one user from seeing an invoice in invoice history enquiry and another can? Both have the same role.

    Different company? Are you saying 1 user can see the invoice in an F2 lookup but another user can't?

    Same company, and I don't believe the F2 lookups are customized either. This individual is also unable to access the invoice via direct entry. I have to be missing something and have written a long list of questions to the clients IT and MAS 200 person.

    So when 1 user enters the invoice # in Invoice History Inquiry, it comes up no problem. What happens when the other user does the same? Nothing? Any enhancements or custom programming?

    First I'd double check both people are in the same company on the same server location. Then I'd look at the Installed Applications for a list of any possible third party integrations (most users have no idea what a customization is and if they are using one). Another thing you could do is have person #2 who cannot see certain invoices create a fresh new dummy invoice. Save it. Then tell person #1 to go in on person #1 computer and see if they can call up that invoice created by person #2.

    I am told that nothing happens. Have asked for clarification. No enhancements or custom programming. A lot of UDFs and custom screens but nothing that should effect him seeing an invoice. I am sure translation between the end user, their IT person and me is the issue and will post back when I get some clarification.

    Set up a dummy user (e.g. DUM, For reseller testing only) to see what displays when accessing via the test. You can also trying flipping the switch on the setting, save it, then turn it back on.... Do the users have exactly the same ROLES? Perhaps the one that can see it has two role settings, one which allows the display and the second that doesn't. These issues are frustrating. It has happened to me when one user can see the memo and a second with the exact role cannot.
