    Does anyone know what can cause an error ""Webpage cannot be displayed""? The Sage CRM user is trying to access the Custoemr Inquiry function in Sage 100 from within Sage CRM. Supposedly they get this message when they try to create an order or quote while in Sage CRM. The CRM user is linked to the AR Salesperson in Sage 100. The CRM user can log into Sage 100 and create an order or quote without a problem. Any ideas??? TIA, Leonard

    What version of MAS/CRM and Internet Explorer are you running? I've seen this before

    Does the user have rights to Business Insights Explorer Views for Customers in MAS

    The issue was resolved by redoing the Workstation setup. The issue was workstation specific so I figured it was worth a try.
