    Does anyone know the link to this or the solution. I am positive I have seen this issue recently. MAS 200 4.4.10 We have a user that when he attempts to get into MAS200 the following screen appears (after the normal connecting to server screen is shown). He never gets the log-in screen and the window below can only be closed via task manager (end process). MAS200 was working on his machine earlier today and last week I could swear this is a recent post. Thanks in advance.

    Check to see if the user still has a session open on the server. Are they running 200 as a service or application?

    What anti-virus are they running? I would add the Sage 100 ERP file excluscions, including the programs pvxwin32.exe and Launch32.exe. Also try uninstalllnig and re-installing workstation setup.

    Thanks all. Client is running MAS as an application. Their IT staff didn't want to do the registry hack. They have too many users on system currently to shut MAS down. They will attempt first thing in the morning. Thanks for all the quick replies.
