  • 1.  Does anyone know the easiest way on the Sage porta

    Does anyone know the easiest way on the Sage portal to get a list of clients in order of their M&S renewal dates? Or I would be happy with dumping out key data from the portal to excel and sorting it myself if that's an option. The only CSV export that I see has basic columns and that isn't useful for my needs.

    The ""Maintenance and Support"" report includes maintenance renewals, including the current plan, for multiple years by customer. That's way more information than you need, but clever Excel operations may give you what you want. I'm thinking pivot tables on the date fields.

    Thanks John - that's extremely handy. How do I dump it out to Excel though? I don't see an option

    Right click anywhere in the body of the report and select Distribute and Export and choose Export to Excel.

    @JohnHoyt - I tried to Export to Excel and I get a SAP NetWeaver login and my Sage login doesn't work for SAP. Do you also get the SAP login window?

    No, I use Firefox for the Portal and never have issues anymore.
