Does anyone know of an add-on or cool procedures that they've implemented to have sales forecasts by Salesperson AND Product Line, and then track actuals against these?

We've stored the data in a UDT and reported against that.

You can track your sales forecasts in Excel and combine the data in your reporting. You can do this in Excel with either BizInsights or Sage Intelligence.

I believe we have set up a UDF for the salesman. I believe somewhere along the line that we have also created an Access DB for the forecasts, used PTQ's to pull in actuals, then used Crystal to generate reports from Access.

We also have stored forecasts in a UDT then pulled the data in for Crystal Reports in the standard Sales reports by period. It was forecasts by customer and not product line. Then, there is always CRM.
