Sage 100

Does anyone know of a property management system that integrates with Sage 100? We have an opportunity with a family owned company that has a number of operations. One of them is in commercial property rental. They currently use Business Works for accounting for their farming and oil and gas royalty activities. They also use Yardi to management their leasing and property management operations. We can handle the farm and royalty operations but I'm looking for a leasing and property management solution that integrates with Sage 100. I appreciate your thoughts, past experience, and insights.

I've never used it. I think it used to called PM 2000.

I've used it for several clients who were not happy with the product or the support. I have a client using Yardi and Sage 100 in the back office. Have used that combination for a long time and are happy with it.

@RonGouveia is your client have an integration between Yardi and Sage 100 or is everything manual? To confirm the first sentence, you have clients with PM 2000 install and none of them are particularly pleased?

I have a couple clients on ACS Property management. It has had problems in the past but it has been very solid as of late. I give it a thumbs up.

Yes, the client with Yardi and Sage 100 everything is manual. Also, the two clients that used to be on PM 2000 are not longer on it and were not happy with it. That was some time in past so @JimWoodhead comments might be more applicable.

Ask ACSG what the tech support options are. Particularly, if there is an issue, are they willing to remote control the end user computer to troubleshoot and fix the issue.

Brandi did a demo of the ACSG package for one of our prospects about a month ago. The software looks great and Brandi does a great job. In a former life, I was the regional IT manager for a $2 billion property manager, so I sort of know the industry. The ACSG software meets the requirements well.

Have not sold a copy of ACSG but Brandi does do a good job of pointing out its capabilities. Probably the best bet for something integrated with Sage. I sold both Yardi and Skyline property management systems in a former life.
