Does anyone know of a mod for auditing changes to Purchase Orders?

What type of changes and in what version?

They're gearing up for 4.40, so no sense in any other version. And changes would be cost, qty ordered changes, mostly. They have a bunch of POs that suddenly have 0 cost on the line items and no one will fess up.

If someone changes the cost or qty ordered, yes Advanced Scripting could write this to the system activity log.

Or to a UDT if that is preferred.
