A customer has been sending out monthly statements using Paperless Office for several years. The address that they have been using is outlook.office365.com with a port of 587. The SMTP Encryption they have used is TLS/STARTTLS.
Now, suddenly they are getting the dreaded ChilkatLog telling them "Unable to login to SMTP connection. Their IT says that the user login hasn't changed.
They are on a TLS 1.2 compliant version of Sage 100 2020.
