Does anyone know, if you are purging history in Sage 100 (Sales Order History, Invoice HIstory, etc) are there any special considerations you should make when the client also has Job Ops installed? Or does the Job Ops information automatically get purged when you run all the standard Sage purging utilities? I just want to make sure that if we start purging that we don't end up with invalid WT's.....

Last time I tried that was in 3.71 and it was a disaster because Jobops had never done anything to handle it.

This is what I was told from Synergistic for all systems after version 4.10: JobOps data purging is directly related to the records in Accounts Receivable in that historical work tickets are purged based on Accounts Receivable invoice history that is purged. Just to be safe, I would confirm this again with Synergistic.

I agree with John (and Phil). Tried this with a client some time ago and things went to heck and a hand basket I'd contact Synergistic and get the current information (assuming it's any different than already noted).

Thanks everyone. I seem to remember Job Ops saying at one time that it is related to invoice history but I think we will deifnitely test in a test company first.
