Sage 100

Does anyone know if there are any problems using Office 365 v2016 with Sage 100 or Sage Intelligence? Have quite a few customers upgrading their Office.

I actually just installed office 2016 on my machine last night. SI seems to be working better. Before I was never able to get the excel add-in to work and today it does (I was actually shocked that I could see it). I had no issues with the reports I ran either. I am running Sage 2016 P1. Not sure about older versions of SI.

I do have a client with Office 2016 and is having trouble with exporting to Excel. She says that she keeps getting 'Excel Not Responding' errors. The client is on Sage 2015 Standard and does not use SI. (they do use Biznet though). The error is intermittent and we haven't yet been able to determine a pattern. If we do, I'll report back. :)

Sage says Intelligence is NOT COMPATIBLE with 2016 Office - it says so on the Integrated Solutions Compatibility Matrix 2016. We have people using it with issue and without issues. Several calls to Sage and they say NOT compatible.

Wonder why Sage didn't give us that info on the MSFT Excel compat pack? I also meant to attach this - it might also help.
